I work for Esprinet S.p.A. (multinational trading company listed in 2001 at the Milan Stock Exchange) as Business Unit Manager – Sales and Marketing.
I started in 2001 as a Store Manager in an Esprinet Cash & Carry store, in charge of commercial and operational management of the store by scheduling and assigning teams’ activities.
Since 2003, I have covered the current role managing a team of 80 people in the Italian territory in outlets and in the back-office structure. I am direct manager of all commercial activities, marketing, trade-marketing, back-office, assortment, procedures, data analysis as well as monitoring and management of the Income Statement for the Business Unit.
